Meeting Policy Requirements
All schools are required to comply with State legislation such as the School Education Act 1999 (WA) and the School Education Regulations 2000 (WA). It is also mandatory that all public schools comply with Department of Education and Training (DET) policies. These include:
- Duty of Care for Students
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Risk Management
- Visitors in Schools
