FM Commitee and key stakeholders undertook a planning session on 23 June 2011, at which they identifed key changes to dance environemnt since strategy commenced, and determines / focus strategies for 2012 for maximum impact.  Draft reporting matrix on KPIs has been received (DCA to give feedback prior to finalisation), as has a proposed plan for 2012. 
 
Meeting with AusCo Dance Board and Future Moves Commitee scheduled for 2 Sept, was attended by DCA.
see do'n'it, contracted with SWALCS as a complementary activity with an additional $5000 in strategic funding from DCA. Ausdance and Strut's contract variation extends funding arrangments to end of 2011.  Request for clear KPIs and review of sector environment for changes that affect the original strategies. KPIs and draft plan for 2012 have been submitted and feedback has been provided. 
 
Feedback on draft plan has been provided, to get better clarity and reporting KPIs.  Contract extension is being arranged for 2012, pending final approval of 2012 plans.
 
Contract extensions for 2012 were issued on 7 February 2012. KPI's developed in 2011 will be used for 2012 by Ausdance and Strut.  DSD will be determining how best to evaluate the four strategy in next couple of months.
 
DSD has developed a consultants brief for independent evaluation and will call for quotes in next couple fo weeks.  Have also met with Michelle Saunders from Ausdance and meeting with Agnes and Chair from Strut (this week) to discuss their forthcoming Business Plan submissions for tri/multi funding and their forthconming priorities resulting from Future Moves.
 
Mr Kim hanna has been appointed the consultant for this evaluation.  he has commenced and will provide a draft to DCA by mid-July. Ricky Arnold and Lyndsay feltham will meet with him on 20 June in Sydney.
