Costings for Old Customs House proposal from Artsource received. DCA have informed Artsource to submit a new non-long term residency based proposal within remaining budget before April 2012 or funds will return to a general OCH maintenance pool. DCa still awaiting updated project proposal from Magabala. Works have been delayed due to further funding required. DCA to meet with Magabala to confimr new timeline.

Update: DCA met with Magabala, request for more time to secure funders granted. New proposal expected June 2012.

PICA & SPPT ACF Equipment Grants acquitted.

Newcastle St minor works included, $25k for lighting / ac upgrades

New ACF proposal recieved from Artsource to redevelop the ground floor atrium into a multi-arts multi-purpose space.
DCA has drafted a letter to Artsource requesting a formal proposal with budget and project plan as according to ACF guidelines.
DCA has recieved a formal proposal from Artsource. The proposal will go to panel assessment in the next few weeks.
