The National Perspective


About the presenter: Glenn Iseger-Pilkington, [Former] Curator, Content Development New Museum Project, Western Australian Museum is a member of the Wadjarri, Nhanda and Noongar peoples of Western Australia. He has worked as a Department of Culture and the Arts Indigenous Arts Project Officer and Associate Curator of Indigenous Objects and Photography at the Art Gallery of Western Australia. Glenn is an author, advisor and advocate for Indigenous Australian artist nationally and has also a successful arts practice.

During this presentation, participants were able to see original contemporary art from Mr Iseger-Pilkington's own collection, and view and discuss the diverse range of contemporary arts and artists from across Australia.
