About the artists: Ochre Contemporary Dance Company is a professional contemporary dance company bringing together both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal dance and dance related professionals to work together to bring stories that are important for cultural awareness and to present these stories in the contemporary context.

Workshop Education Facilitators: Judy Hendrickse, Dance and Drama Specialist teacher John Curtin College of the Arts and Crystle Challinger, Dance and Drama Specialist teacher Canning Vale College.

This workshop aims to link to the three organising ideas to provide a coherent framework for the priority of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures.
