About the presenters: Yir-raarh Yaarh-kin which means “Stand Tall” in Noongar language is one of Australia’s leading Aboriginal performing arts organisations producing award-winning, world-class theatre that is ‘…exciting, entertaining, educational, authentic and culturally appropriate.’

Workshop Education Facilitators: Crystle Challinger, Dance and Drama Specialist teacher Canning Vale College and Judy Hendrickse, Dance and Drama Specialist teacher John Curtin College of the Arts.

This workshop aims to link to the three organising ideas to provide a coherent framework for the priority of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures.
